- Inspection report of your roof by a specialist
- Minor roof repairs that can cause water infiltration
- Caulking exposed nail heads on flashing
- Resealing or installation of pipe collar flashings on jack vents, exhaust vents and chimney flashings as necessary
- Any other areas that are in need of maintenance will be brought to the homeowner’s attention and a professional plan of action presented

- Roof maintenance package fee or any other service fees will be fully credited toward complete replacement or full restoration of your roofing system by our company (credited extended for a period of up to 3 years).
